Terms and Conditions of Delivery
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via www.titanium-webshop.eu.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders and Confirmation
2.1 After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
2.2 The agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed by us.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made using the available payment methods in the webshop.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, except for already placed orders.
4. Delivery and Lead Time
4.1 We ship within [1–3 working days] after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Deliveries are made via a carrier of our choice.
4.3 If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4.4 Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless the delay is unreasonable.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout and vary by country.
5.2 For orders above a certain amount, shipping may be free (see current information on the website).
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)
6.1 Consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
6.2 The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.4 Custom-made or specially ordered products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 We guarantee the quality of our products.
7.2 In case of a defect or complaint, please contact us within 7 days of discovery at sales@titanium-webshop.eu.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
8. Complaints and Disputes

8.2 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
8.3 Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Roermond, the Netherlands.
9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes for Non-EU Deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply as determined by the destination country’s authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local customs regulations and possible extra costs before ordering.
